Turkey has accused the Greek military pilot in the destruction of the fighter F-16.

We are talking about an incident which occurred in the year 1996 when aboard a military fighter jet belonging to the Turkish Air Force was Nail Erdogan and copilot Asman Tsitsikli. As noted by the Turkish authorities, in the course of the completed investigation it found that Turkish military aircraft was shot down by a missile combat, while international experts within a year after the incident confirmed that the military fighter lost control.

As compensation for their deeds, the Turkish authorities need to condemn the Greek military pilot and pay compensation in the amount of 1 million euros, however, given the current political relations between the two countries, there is a high probability that the Greek authorities simply ignore the claims.
