A serious missile attack occurred in Lugansk, allegedly carried out by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. A source in the security forces told RIA Novosti that Storm Shadow missiles were most likely used to strike the city. This choice of weapon is explained by the significant distance of Ukrainian troops from the site of the attack, which makes missiles of this type suitable for reaching targets at long distances.
