Concern "Ukroboronprom" has signed a contract for the supply of aircraft engines for Austrian aircraft.

Information about this was voiced by the Ukrainian delegation at the international air show in Le Bourget, and as it became known to Avia.pro, AI-450 aircraft engines will be used by the Austrian aircraft manufacturer Diamond Aircraft Industries, but for which aircraft were not announced.

The AI-450 gas turbine engine can be used in helicopters and light-engine aircraft, and it is possible that if these products are of interest to Austrian partners, Ukraine will be able to receive multimillion-dollar contracts, which in turn will have a beneficial effect on the country's aircraft building area.
