Ukraine has fined Russian air carriers for flights to Crimea.

According to the information of the news agency Avia.pro, State Aviation Administration of Ukraine has imposed on Russian airlines penalty of 28 million dollars for committing flights in the Crimea without the consent of the Ukrainian authorities. Ever since the Crimean peninsula became part of the Russian Federation that the Ukrainian authorities categorically deny, against Russian airlines were issued several thousand different resolutions demanding not just stop exercising flights on the peninsula, but also with the requirement to pay the fines.

Russian authorities, in turn, called the decision of the Ukrainian authorities like "nonsense", adding that about any penalties we can not go.
