The Russian Ministry of Defense provided proof of Ukraine's guilt in the downed MH17 case.

The official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Igor Konashenkov, said that Russia has convincing evidence that Ukraine is directly involved in the case of the plane crash in Donbass.

“We have at our disposal an audio recording of telephone conversations of Ukrainian military personnel, made in 2016. An analysis of its content confirms the previously drawn conclusions about the direct involvement of the Ukrainian side in the crash of the Malaysian Boeing ", - follows from the statement of Konashenkov.

As part of the investigation, it was established that the voice on the audio recording belongs to Ruslan Grinchak, a colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“In July 2014, Colonel Grinchak served as the commander of the 164th radio-technical brigade of the Air Defense of Ukraine. The phrase he uttered about the possibility of shooting down another Malaysian Boeing confirms his awareness of the circumstances of the MH17 crash "- emphasized the official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Experts, in turn, doubted the statement made, since the question arose as to why the intercepted audio recording of the negotiations had not been made public earlier.
