Ukraine asked Germany for a submarine to attack the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy.

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry requested the supply of submarines from Germany.

Deputy Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Melnyk sent a request to Germany for the supply of one HDW 212A class submarine. According to the Deputy Head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry of Ukraine, Germany has six such submarines in service, and therefore, one of them may be transferred to Ukraine to attack the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy.

“Germany produces one of the best HDW 212A class submarines in the world. The Bundeswehr has six such submarines. Why not send to Ukraine? Then we will kick the Russian fleet out of the Black Sea."- said Deputy Foreign Minister Andriy Melnyk.

For obvious reasons, Germany will not provide its submarines to Ukraine, moreover, the latter will not be able to enter the Black Sea due to the blocked Bosphorus. Moreover, one submarine will not be able to influence the situation in the Black Sea in any way, since with a relatively small area of \uXNUMXb\uXNUMXbthe sea, it will not be difficult to detect and destroy a submarine.

However, the fact that Ukraine does not hesitate to beg the West even for such weapons can clearly begin to irritate NATO, which will definitely lead to consequences for Kyiv.
