In Russia, the number of hooligans in air transport has sharply increased.

As follows from information provided by the Federal Air Transport Agency in 2017, compared to the last reporting period, the number of cases of hooliganism on board aircraft increased by 16%, so, since the beginning of this year, 58 cases of debauch have been fixed.

Experts believe that an increase in fines will minimize the number of cases of brawl in air transport, however, of course, we are not talking about the complete eradication of this problem, however, even a reduction in offenses to 15-20 per year will already give tangible results.
