In the state of Arizona (USA) on the eve of the New Year a police helicopter crashed.

As it became known, around 8 pm local time the helicopter stopped responding to inquiries, after which, in search of a police helicopter, a special detachment was dispatched, who found the crash site in the immediate vicinity of Benson. As a result of the plane crash, two people died: a pilot and the sheriff of the county of Kochis.

The reasons for the plane crash at the moment are not established, but according to preliminary information the pilot could lose control, as a result of which the helicopter crashed into the ground at high speed.
