In Belize, a small plane crashed.

According to information available to the resource Avia.pro, the plane of the airline "Tropic Air", on board which was the acting Prime Minister of Belize, crashed near the city of Punta Gorda, from where it was taking off. According to preliminary data, during takeoff, the plane could not accelerate properly, which is why, at the time of climb, an engine failure occurred, and the plane, flying several hundred meters, fell into the water.

It is reported that as a result of the air crash, none of the people on board were injured, however, the aircraft sank at a depth of several meters and it was necessary to get it to the surface with the help of special equipment.
