A criminal case was opened against the Ukrainian company in Belarus.
As follows from the information published on the Internet resource of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Belarus, criminal proceedings were instituted against the officials of PJSC Motor Sich and the former general director of Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant, according to the article of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus №426 (excess of official powers, which entailed serious consequences - Ed. Ed.).
As follows from the official statement of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Belarus, the basis for initiating a criminal case was the infliction of damage by officials of Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant and Motor Sich PJSC, a Belarusian enterprise, on an especially large scale, and in addition, we are also talking about inflicting moral harm. What exactly should be understood by this is still unknown, however, given the rather tough legislative system of the Republic of Belarus, in the near future, if there is evidence of guilt, the Ukrainian company Motor Sich PJSC may be closed access to the Belarusian market.
There have been no official comments from representatives of PJSC Motor Sich for the time being.
It should also be clarified that questions also arose from the part of the Security Service of Ukraine to the Ukrainian airline "Motor Sich".
