According to the preliminary information available to the News Agency Avia.pro, F-16 fighter belongs to the Greek Air Force. The incident occurred during landing at a military airfield, however, the representatives of the Air Force is currently discarded as a comment on the incident, citing the need to conduct a special investigation.

Independent experts, in turn, suggest that the incident with the ignition F-16 fighter could occur due to a technical fault - earlier similar cases have occurred due to a fuel leak, which is why it is possible that this incident may be related to this factor.
