Because of bad weather, hundreds of flights have been detained at Moscow airports.

Unfavorable weather conditions in the form of squally wind, rain and hail prevented the normal operation of the capital airports, which in turn created a lot of problems for carriers and for thousands of passengers. This morning it became known that, for the above reasons, 270 flights were detained at the Sheremetyevo airport in Moscow and 39 was canceled, while 179 flights were delayed at the Domodedovo airport and 2 was canceled.

At the moment, the situation is gradually returning to normal, however, experts do not exclude that a case like this can be repeated again, because weather forecasters are predicting next rains in the near future.
