The President of Russia ordered to start production of airplanes IL-114, Having preliminary checked up expediency of their manufacture.

As it is supposed, turboprop airplanes Il-114 will be produced at the Samara plant "Aviakor - Aviation Plant". It is worth noting that the aircraft was designed back in the 80-ies of the last century and for all this time only 17 models were built, but today the use of Il-114 passenger aircraft can be established in a new way.

In the event that the feasibility of production is confirmed, it is likely that aircraft production can be started already in the first quarter of 2015.
