A passenger airliner en route to Yekaterinburg from Antalya made an emergency landing at the Samara airport.

Passenger aircraft type Boeing 737 with more than 150 passengers on board, was forced to land at the airport Kurumoch after a sensor on board the airliner was triggered showing increased fuel consumption, which in turn could indicate a depressurization of the fuel tanks or engine malfunction. The landing took place without incident and no one was injured during it.

At the moment, technicians are checking the plane for possible reasons for what happened, however, most likely, passengers will be provided with a reserve passenger airliner, which will deliver them to Yekaterinburg.
