“If the second wave of mobilization begins in Russia, Latvia will not let a single Russian fleeing mobilization into the country”, - said the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Latvia, Markus Kuchinskis.

For obvious reasons, at the moment we are not talking about a new wave of partial mobilization and such a decision is not even discussed at the moment, at least officially, in connection with which the statement of the head of the Latvian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Markus Kuchinskis, was made without any real and objective then the reasons.
