In the US state of Nevada, a light-engine aircraft crashed near a local college.

The pilot and the passenger aboard the small plane received minor injuries, however, according to local authorities, there could have been much more victims if the pilot crashed into the college building.

According to preliminary information, the incident that happened around 4 hours of the evening local time was caused by the failure of the engine of the aircraft, but the pilot tried to make an emergency landing to the last, which he managed to make.

The investigation of the catastrophe was interested in the leadership of the Federal Civil Aviation Administration, and at the moment an investigation is under way.
