In the United States, they decided to make the Su-57 fighter a "target" and "attack" it

The United States intends to start a “hunt” for Russian Su-57 fighters.

The commander of the 57th Air Wing of the US Air Force, Robert Novotny, decided to make a real target out of the Russian Su-57 fighter. Despite the fact that today these fighters are present exclusively on the territory of the Russian Federation, the US Air Force came up with an unusual way out of this situation by repainting at least one of its F-16C fighters in the camouflage colors of a Russian combat aircraft.

Photos of an American fighter imitating a fifth-generation Russian aircraft have already appeared on the Web, and, according to experts, the colors almost perfectly repeat the camouflage colors of the Russian Su-57.

According to Robert Novotny, commander of the 57th Air Wing of the US Air Force, the repainted fighter is perfect for practicing attacks on Russian fifth-generation combat aircraft and thereby training young pilots.

Russia has not yet responded to such actions by the US military, but this case is far from the only one, in particular, a few months earlier it became known about the appearance in the United States of a fighter whose camouflage colors repeat another Russian combat aircraft, the Su-35 .

Interesting experience to learn from.
