Against the airline "Yakutia" filed a lawsuit demanding the recognition of the bankrupt airline.

According to the portal Avia.pro, about two weeks ago, the appellate court confirmed the decision to recover from the airline "Yakutia" in favor of CJSC "Aviasystemy" the amount of 7,5 million rubles, as well as interest for the use of previously allocated material assets. According to the new information, ZAO Aviasystemy has filed a new lawsuit against the Yakutia air carrier, in which it demands the airline to be declared bankrupt - according to some assumptions, this was due to the failure to fulfill previously announced demands for debt repayment.

Previously, there was information that the airline has some financial problems, however, no official confirmation of this.
