May 8. As a result of the crash of a light aircraft in the Ulyanovsk region, 2 people died.

According to official information, the training aircraft Diamond DA-40 performed the next lesson, however, unexpectedly the aircraft began to lose altitude and eventually crashed into the ground. It is reported that at the time of the crash there was 2 man on board - a pilot and a cadet, both of them were killed.

The reasons for what happened are now being clarified by a specially created commission, but one of the most probable versions is the technical malfunction of an air vehicle. The plane itself belonged to the Ulyanovsk Higher Aviation School, and according to the documents was in good technical condition.
