According to the information provided by the Avia.pro news agency, the passenger aircraft carried out the flight from Vladikavkaz to Moscow, however, due to the fact that the citizen who was on board decided to smoke, the crew decided to force a plane in Volgograd. It is reported that 33-year-old smoker was taken off the flight and taken to the police station, where a protocol on administrative violation was drawn up against him.
