Washington confirmed the destruction of the Russian bomber in Syria.

It is necessary to clarify the circumstances that initially the Turkish Air Force command reported that the Russian Su-24 bomber violated Turkey's airspace, and after several warnings it was destroyed by the Turkish F-16 fighter, which also provided data from the radars. Nevertheless, given the real facts and data from all the same Turkish radars, the plane stayed in Turkey for only a few seconds, while the Turkish command reported more than 5-minute stay of the Russian aircraft.

At the moment, in connection with the destruction of the Su-24 bomber, an investigation is being carried out, while, as stated yesterday, Russia intends to introduce emergency security measures in Syria, destroying any air targets carrying threats to its and Syrian aircraft.
