As part of the meeting between British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, the head of the British government agreed on the supply of long-range weapons to Ukraine. We are talking about missile weapons, because in addition to it, London also pledged to supply Ukraine with artillery. At the same time, the UK has only one type of long-range missile weapons - tactical cruise missiles. Storm Shadow.

According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Kyiv and London have reached agreements that long-range weapons will be provided to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. To date, we can only talk about Storm Shadow missiles. The latter are cruise tactical missiles with a range of up to 300 kilometers. Moreover, what is very remarkable, at the end of last year, information appeared that Polish specialists managed to successfully integrate such missiles into Ukrainian Su-24 front-line bombers. However, only France and Great Britain have the right to supply Ukraine with such missiles, and therefore Zelensky’s current visit to the capitals of these states may be related to the discussion of the issue of supplying tactical missile weapons to Ukraine.
