In Syria, the Russian crashed military helicopter Mi-28N.

Based on the data obtained information and news agency Avia.pro by representatives of the Russian Federation Ministry of Defence, the aircraft was wrecked near the Syrian city of Homs, while aboard the Mi-28N two crew members were killed. Defense Ministry press service explained that the helicopter was shot down, and in all probability the tragedy occurred due to technical reasons, clarifying the circumstances of which are currently occupied by specialists.

It should be clarified that the Mi-28N, also known as the "Night Hunter" is one of the latest Russian developments, which is applied in Syria in the course of special military operations against the group "Islamic State."
