Things of passengers who died in a plane crash in Rostov-on-Don, found in the basement of an abandoned airport

Things of passengers who died during the crash of the Boeing 737 in Rostov-on-Don found scattered in the basement.

According to the Russian edition “Nation News”, diggers, having made a raid on the building of the old airport of Rostov-on-Don, which ceased to function several years ago, found physical evidence and belongings of the dead passengers scattered across the basement. It is about both personal belongings and documents, payment cards, while, according to the publication, even documents signed by the investigator, who obviously took part in studying the materials of the crash, were discovered.

“The bomb shelter was not abandoned, but recently renovated. Luggage and black garbage bags are scattered on the floor. As the diggers shared, the impression was that they were digging in things, and then hastily pushed back. Each bag has a note with explanations and all of them contain beach shoes, summer clothes, damaged by fire. <…> Diggers, on condition of anonymity, said that they found documents signed by the investigator, as well as a list with passenger numbers ", - reports "Nation News".

So far no official comments have been made on this score, however, as the diggers themselves comment on the finding, it’s not at all a store of material evidence, which, by the way, can be easily reached, but about the real dump of personal belongings of the dead and documents of the investigation .
