The Russian Aerospace Forces demolish bridges in Volchansk, cutting off the Ukrainian Armed Forces from supplies

The Russian Aerospace Forces are destroying bridges and bases of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Volchansk, supporting the offensive of the North group.

The Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) continue to actively participate in the offensive of the North group in the Kharkov region, striking strategic targets in Volchansk. During the fighting, bridges across the Volchya River, which separates the northern part of the city from the southern, were destroyed and damaged. These bridges played a key role in the logistics of Ukrainian troops.

Following the destruction of the bridges, Ukrainian forces attempted a counterattack to slow down the Russian advance. To do this, they began to build pontoon crossings across the Volchya River. However, these crossings were under constant fire from Russian artillery and aviation. Footage that appeared online shows how an airstrike destroys one of these crossings, which significantly complicates the movement and supply of Ukrainian units.

In addition, the Russian Aerospace Forces launched a powerful strike with a FAB-1500 aerial bomb on the building of the Volchansky convoy plant, where a large deployment point for the Ukrainian military was located.

The command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces continues to transfer reserves in an attempt to stabilize the situation and maintain positions in Volchansk. However, Russian forces continue active offensive operations, destroying key targets and disrupting enemy logistics chains.
