During the flood of the Irtysh, residents of both banks will be transported by helicopter, completely free of charge.

The decision to use the helicopter for passenger and cargo transportation was made by the authorities of Tyumen. Earlier, during the flood of the river, residents were cut off from the part of the region by the abundant boiling flow of the Irtysh, as the ferry crossings simply could not cope with the strong current of the river.

Nevertheless, at the moment the project is supposed to be modified somewhat - transportation of cargoes may require payment, while a helicopter flight for passengers with hand luggage will be completely free.
