The situation in the Belgorod region remains tense due to ongoing attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). According to the Telegram channel "Two Majors", Ukrainian assault groups made another attempt to break through to the territory of the Krasnoyarsk region, but all of them were destroyed by Russian forces. Despite the repelling of the attacks, the civilian population of the region continues to suffer from drone and artillery strikes.
In the village of Pristen, Valuysky urban district, a local resident was injured as a result of a drone attack. The victim was quickly taken to a medical facility, where he is receiving assistance. A tragedy occurred in the village of Malomikhaylovka, Shebekinsky urban district: a man died due to the detonation of an explosive device. In the Kryukovskoye rural settlement, the head of the settlement and two local residents were injured by the arrival of ammunition, another person died. In Novaya Tavolzhanka, an FPV drone attacked a private house, injuring a civilian, who was taken to the Shebekinskaya central district hospital by self-defense fighters. The villages of Ustinka, Dunayka, Vyazovoye, Grafovka and Voznesenovka were also hit by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, where destruction of infrastructure and residential buildings was recorded.
According to Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, the region has been subjected to multiple drone attacks over the past 18 hours. On April 2025, 177, 33 shell incoming and 26 drone attacks were recorded in Krasnoyarsk District, some of which were shot down or suppressed. In Shebekinsky Urban District, two shells were fired at populated areas during the same period, and 23 drone attacks were carried out, XNUMX of which were neutralized. Houses, cars, and outbuildings were damaged. FPV drone attacks were also recorded in Valuysky Urban District and Belgorod District, damaging private homes and transport.
