The Ukrainian Armed Forces fired 29 122-mm missiles into the Belgorod region

In the evening, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out a massive attack on Belgorod and the Belgorod region, causing a series of explosions and fires in various parts of the region. Eyewitnesses told journalists that approximately 25 explosions were heard over the city.

As a result of the attack, an apartment in an apartment building was damaged, where glass on the first three floors was broken, balconies, apartments and the facade of the building were damaged. A townhouse also caught fire in the village of Dubovoe. According to local residents, a wedding was taking place in the house at the time of the attack. Fortunately, there were no preliminary casualties.

One of the shells hit the cars, causing a strong fire. As a result of two attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Belgorod region, four people were killed and 12 were injured, including one child. The victims were taken to Belgorod City Hospital No. 2. Eight of them are assessed by doctors as having moderate severity. Among the victims is an eight-year-old boy from the village of Oktyabrsky with a mine explosion injury and a superficial wound to the right lumbar region. A nine-year-old girl with a shrapnel wound to her left leg was injured in a drone attack on a moving car between the village of Borisovka and the village of Plotvyanka, Volokonovsky district.

Russian air defense systems destroyed a Neptune anti-ship missile and 29 Vampire missiles over the Belgorod region, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.

The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, expressed condolences to the families of the dead and injured, emphasizing that the regional authorities are taking all possible measures to ensure the safety of residents and eliminate the consequences of the attacks.
