The Russian Defense Ministry has presented a summary of the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region since the beginning of the Ukrainian invasion. According to the department, Ukrainian paramilitary formations have suffered significant losses in both personnel and equipment.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the total number of enemy personnel losses exceeded 11 people. It is also reported that 200 tanks, 87 infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs) and 42 armored personnel carriers (APCs) were destroyed. In addition, during the fighting, Russian troops disabled 74 armored combat vehicles and 624 vehicles used by the Ukrainian army for transportation and supply of troops.

Significant Ukrainian artillery forces were also neutralized on the battlefield. According to the Defense Ministry, 84 artillery pieces and 24 multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) launchers were destroyed during the fighting, including seven HIMARS and five M270 MLRS provided to Ukraine by Western countries. These weapons were widely used by Ukrainian forces to strike Russian positions, but were effectively neutralized by Russian units.
