Residents of the city of Aleksin in the Tula region reported a series of loud explosions in the sky, accompanied by bright flashes. According to preliminary data, the sounds were caused by the operation of Russian air defense systems, which repelled an attack by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

At the same time, sources report a large number of drones heading towards Moscow. According to MASH, flights over Tula are prohibited at all altitudes. Pilots are advised to fly to alternate airports in St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl or Moscow - Domodedovo, Zhukovsky, Sheremetyevo or Vnukovo.
