Japan demands from Russia to return not two, but four islands

Japan is considering the possibility of returning four islands at once.

The Japanese television channel NHK conducted a social survey in which citizens of the Land of the Rising Sun were asked if Japan should seek the return of its “northern territories” and how many islands Russia should return. The overwhelming majority of citizens surveyed responded that Russia is obliged to return four islands at once - Iturup, Kunashir, Hibomai and Shikotan, while the Japanese authorities are obliged to pursue this goal, including through political interaction with Russia, and thus through pressure on this country.

Against the background of provocative statements by the Japanese authorities, Russia was forced to deploy combat aircraft, as well as air defense, antimissile and coastal defense systems on its islands, which somewhat dampened the enthusiasm of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. Moreover, in his latest statement, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, stated that the issue of the transfer of Russian territories would not be raised at all, which, however, refutes the upcoming visit of Shinzo Abe to Moscow to meet with Vladimir Putin and discuss the current situation .

Analysts, in turn, almost completely exclude the transfer of the Kuril Islands to Japan, justifying this primarily by the national interests of Russia.

let hokaydo be returned first!

Our Ministry of Foreign Affairs is stupid, although it has long been able to poke the Japanese with a face to the 1951 peace treaty, where they are forbidden to have any territorial claims on the Kuril Islands (which they call the Northern Territories, to circumvent this treaty)

And his lips didn’t roll much, four at once

Wanting is not harmful, "lust" and passed. And if they still want to ..., the territory of Japan is not very large and that would enlighten and "expand" the Japanese eyes, one megaton is enough.
