"The duty unit received a message from the airport that a police squad was called on board the plane preparing to fly from Kaliningrad to St. Petersburg to fix the offense," the Zapadny LU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.

The 31-year-old passenger decided to smoke a cigarette on board. The commander of the plane and representatives of the airline ordered to remove him. He was taken to the police station, where an administrative report was drawn up against him.

On the same day another passenger was removed from the aircraft. The man began to use foul language after the crew members asked him to place hand luggage. A protocol was also drawn up for the 44-year-old Moscow resident.
