Given this fact, for passengers may appear a lot of problems, in particular, now, the carrier can demand to pay for luggage in the event that the client of the airline purchased non-refundable tickets.

Experts believe that the current draft law should be carefully thought out first of all, as in the case of a qualified approach, it is possible to seriously reduce the cost of flights for a whole category of citizens, however, in this case there may be problems with the qualification of hand luggage.
