Beloyarsky Airport is a regional air transport node located in the Tyumen region. The airport itself was built in 1969 year, and today it is a well-developed air hub serving small aircraft, in particular En-12, IL-114, Yak-42, ATR 72, Bombardier CRJ 100 \ 200 and other types of aircraft, as well as helicopters of all classes and modifications.

Short story

The history of the airport dates back to 1969 year when in the area riverbank Kazim amphibious group was cleared of land territory under GVPP. In winter, this band could take aircraft type AN-24. In summer, the soil can not withstand, and passengers had to be delivered in Igrim.

In 1979 the construction of the airport began. Construction GDP with artificial turf have been performed. The construction project was developed by a branch of the Institute "Aeroproekt". Also, the wooden terminal and rescue station was built.

Since 1983 years 1500 length of the runway had meters, a year later it was increased to 1,8 km. Now you can receive the Yak-40 aircraft.

Since 1989 year earned a new terminal building, the number of missing passengers was 50 people.

In 1990, the village became a city. It was decided on the runway extension decision. As a result of this work the first Yak-42 model was adopted. Began regular flights from Beloyarsky to Moscow.

In 1994, the Board of Directors established OJSC Beloyarsky Airport.
