The international military-technical forum "Army-2016». Part 2. The airbase Kubinka

Our second day of the forum. 10 September 2016

The events of the second day of our stay at the forum were somewhat similar to the previous day. That however, is not surprising, we were interested primarily aviation aircraft. Although the show ground equipment in action was quite impressive, the majority of our colleagues have sought primarily at Kubinka.

As in other days, the convoy of buses with the media is sent from the 1-st Frunze streets. And if our brethren removes was very pale in appearance, but today, after a day of filming outdoors 9 September we were all red-faced.

Upon arrival in the park "Patriot", we were all asked not to leave the buses, and after a short break they were taken to the Alabino training ground. Here we learned that the upcoming event - "Dron-Biathlon" is scheduled for the whole working day. This discouraged us a little, because besides Kubinka, we had not yet filmed materials from the static exposition, our colleagues told us that the exposition in separate pavilions of the VKS cluster is quite interesting. And although the team competitions Copter and their pilots is also an interesting event, we zasobiralsya back to the press center.

After the departure of the transport side, there has been a revival in the parking lot "Swifts". Aircraft clearly began to prepare for flight.

After landing, the pilot group, the sky one after another left the Yak-130, Mig-29SMT, Su-30 SM, and Su-34.

And finally, we heartily filmed the landing of all sides, and taxiing to the parking lot. Aircraft began to shroud. Technicians engaged in their usual work, the pilots discussed the flights.

Returning to the park "Patriot", we are under the curtain, we decided to go to the pavilions of the exhibition VKS, which were located in 300 meters from the main park. But the military escorted us there too. The four of us, Dmitry Bubur, Said Aminov, Yuri Stepanov and I, we had time to inspect the static aircraft. What pleased us all was the state of the exhibits. The planes were like they had just been brought from a combat airfield. Everyone in the field had engines, pylons, the painting was normal, combat, and not a "museum" painted with a paint brush. There were no stubs on the air intakes and nozzles, and it was possible to examine and take off all the details well. MiGs from 21 to 31, "Drying" from 15 to 27, the main Soviet and Russian helicopters. Anti-aircraft complexes, and much more worthy of good personnel.

It was in the evening, in 18.00 exposition closed, tired of impressions for almost 12 hours of footage prevailed. The city we traveled by car Said, who kindly offered to throw us to the subway.

The globality of the exhibition is amazing. The abundance of military equipment, stands, expositions, pavilions. Even two days was not enough to examine at least a small fraction of everything. The good organization of the exhibition itself left a good impression. A large number of free buses, plying between clusters and pavilions, allowed viewers without much trouble to navigate the territory of a huge park. Cafes and eateries, recreation rooms, let everyone is in the park "Patriot" all day. Signs, billboards with information, stands and brochures, made it possible not to get confused in the abundance of pavilions and exhibition complexes.

Even later, I received information about the outcome of the exhibition.

It is hoped that such forums will become an annual event, and the exhibition will be permanently available to the public.
