Chronology of events:

The aircraft at the entrance to the zone of the airfield was located at 1,5 km to the east of the route. But, neither the approach manager, nor the crew, took measures to identify and eliminate the side deviation of the aircraft. As a result, he continued to fly parallel to the track. Just before the turn of the turning point of Evgenyevka to the left of 6 km, the traverse, the crew in 16: 05 received from the dispatcher a command about occupying the altitude of 2400 m and the direction to the fourth turn, which he confirmed, but performed only in part of occupying height and continued the flight without changing course , towards the massif of the mountains. This caused a complication of flight conditions. The dispatcher of the approach was not convinced of the crew's execution of the command to follow the fourth turn and for more than two minutes did not continuously control the movement of the aircraft. In view of the erroneous actions of the approach controller and crew members, the aircraft went beyond the limits of the bearing and track and an emergency situation appeared. The crew in 16: 08: 19 reported that it took the height of 2400 m. Dispatcher for 23 sec. Before the incident, the aircraft detected the aircraft outside the constraining bearing (74 degrees) and the track and twice (in 16: 08: 33 and in 16: 08: 23) gave an indication of the right turn that was not accepted by the crew due to poor radio communications and was not met. For 6 seconds before the incident, in 16: 08: 40, the dispatcher's instruction to take the right amendment was the crew of the other aircraft retransmitted and accepted by the An-26 crew. Then, due to ignorance of the exact location of the crew, the deterioration of radar identification and radio communication in the mountainous terrain and the passive actions of the dispatcher to remove the aircraft from the danger zone after being detected by the direction finder, the situation became catastrophic and the safe outcome of the flight became impossible. After 1 min 47 sec from the output beyond the limiting bearing, in 16: 08: 46, continuing to perform a horizontal straight flight in the clouds, the aircraft collided in a flight configuration at a height of 2370 m with a mountain slope with an azimuth of 88 degrees at a distance of 56 km from KTA and collapsed completely. The elevation above the collision point of the mountain ridge was 22 m.

In 16: 25 according to the control measurement, the actual weather was as follows: stratocumulus clouds 10 / 10 points, height 600 m, wind 4 m / s, 270 degrees, visibility 10 km.
