Chronology of events:

The fastening in the cargo cabin of the cargo is executed by the cable of the unloading-loading winch from three coils for the last place. The front two seats were not attached to anything, on the top of them was a cable to secure the third place. In addition, the rear skeins were secured with a wire mesh. Such fastening of the cargo during taxiing resulted in its free movement forward, weakening of the cable and the disengagement of the cable hook of the winch, disruption of the fastening unit. Then, with the takeoff run, the load, due to the uncoupling of the winch cable, began to shift backwards, while breaking the mesh of the fixed mesh. Because of the lack of a bortoperator in the crew, no one followed the cargo. The displacement at the time of lifting of the front wheel and during the take-off of the load caused the appearance of a rear centering beyond the permissible limits (approximately 48 percent of the MAR). For this reason, premature detachment of the nose wheel and separation of the aircraft with its transition to the stalling regime took place. At the moment of detachment, the alignment was about 55 percent of the MAR, for its parrying, there was not enough elevator rudder stock.
