Chronology of events:

Нand the board was a team composed 6 people for the maintenance of aircraft and passenger 2.

Takeoff from Lensk airport was conducted at night in bad weather conditions in 01: 20 local time (16 September, 19: 20 MSK). The separation was carried out at an instrument speed of 225 km / h. Chassis were removed. The aircraft began to gain altitude at a vertical speed of 5-6 m / s. The instrument speed has become larger - 240-260 km / h. The vertical climb speed began to decrease (up to 0,94 m / s). At an altitude of 70 m, with respect to the output end of the strip at speed 260 km / h (at the present altitude by radio altimeter 85 m), the flaps were cleaned. As a result of the drawdown, the aircraft began to descend gently with a vertical speed of 3,5 m / s, deviating to the left (up to MK = 238 °) from the continuation of the axis of the 25 strip. At the rate of take-off was a hill with an elevation above the level of the strip of 133 m. The alarm was signaled for the dangerous height of the SOS. When cleaning flaps, at a distance of 2575 m from the output end of the 25 strip, the aircraft at the speed of 330 km / h again began to gain altitude. The PSC did not work anymore. The vertical speed increased gradually to 6 m / s, the instrument speed - up to 380 km / h. But this rate of increase in vertical speed was no longer enough to fly over obstacles at the rate. The plane later 98 seconds from the start of the take-off was touched by 22-meter tops of trees on the slope of the hill (exceeding 105 m from the output end of the 25 strip, at a distance of 3903 m from it and at 343 m to the left of the axis of the strip). Beginning to descend and continuing to scrape trees and collapse, the plane collided with the slope of the hill at 400 m to the left of the axis of the strip (azimuth of 236 degrees from the output end of the strip), collapsed completely and burnt.
