Chronology of events:

In 20: 37: 40, after 7 minutes from take-off at night in the PMU from the 08 strip, at an altitude of 3500 m and a distance of 35 km from the airport, the crew decided to return to the departure aerodrome due to sealing problems (the left entrance door was closed in the wrong way). The commander, estimating the incorrect position of the aircraft along the flight altitude, speed, and distance from the 08 band, made the wrong decision about the visual approach approach. Carrying out the right turn with a decrease, the aircraft on the landing course came out above the aerodrome level at an altitude of 400 m in 20: 42: 12 at a distance of 12 km, with an instrument speed of 460 km / h. The crew began to extinguish the speed in a horizontal flight. Flaps were released at 15 degrees and the chassis. In 20: 43: 24 at a distance of about 5 km at a speed of 340 km / h the plane was still in non-stop position and so the crew asked for a turn on the left circle. Having received permission, the crew held a left turn, having a roll of about 30 degrees. During the reversal, the commander lost eye contact with the strip. He did not follow the vertical speed. Control by the crew for the altitude of the flight was missed. The aircraft started an uncontrolled reduction less than the minimum reduction altitude for the VZP flight 250 m. The crew did not report that the visual contact with the strip was lost, the transition to the scheduled flight of the instruments and did not complete the escape to the second round. The instrument speed was reduced to 290 km / h and the crew did more engine operation. In 20: 44: 27 the aircraft was withdrawn from the roll on a course that is reverse to the landing and at a very low altitude. The SOS signals were ignored. The plane collision in the field near the village of Jangi-Ger was at a distance of about 7,5 km from the end of the 08 strip. At the time of the collision, the landing gear was released, the flaps at 15 degrees were deflected. In 20: 44: 41, the first touch of the ground was made by the left half-wing behind 620 m from the place of the plane's complete stop, which slipped on the ground, breaking down, crossed the drainage ditch and, having stopped, almost completely burned down.
