Chronology of events:

In 13: 50, the crew was allowed to approach the landing beacon from the straight line to the 24 strips. The crew began to discuss the probable options for bypassing the thunderstorm clouds that they had seen on the weatherborne radar. The co-pilot at the same time expressed regret that they had not even arrived at least 5 minutes earlier. The approach to the airport was at high speed, the plane to 13: 53 was at an altitude of 4630 feet (1400 m). At a distance of 24 km from the input end of the 24 band, the instrument speed was reduced to 460 km / h, established by the rules of the flight. The decline was to the left of the planting line. Then the crew changed the course even more than on 15 ° to the left, evading even more from the pre-landing line (for 18,5-13 km from the end of the 24 strip). For 18 km the second pilot saw the lane on the right for 1 hour. The commander saw the lane at a distance of 12 km. Then the plane was at an altitude of 990 m (about 690 m of true altitude), the instrument speed was 388 km / h. The crew decided to continue their unstabilized approach and landed in touch with the dispatch controller. The commander turned off the autopilot, made a dodge for the landing course and the second pilot instructed to set the flaps at 8 degrees and release the chassis. After 6 seconds from this command, the landing controller reported that the wind was 13 m / s, 280 °. The co-pilot confirmed the receipt of the information. The crew released interceptors, the flaps were subsequently released to 30 degrees and then to 45 degrees (both times, because of the excess of the normal flight speed, the acoustic signaling responded to the release of the flaps). The plane was brought to the landing line at a distance of 3,7 km from the strip. Then a frontal strong thunderstorm began over the aerodrome. When approaching the strip, the aircraft entered a zone of heavy precipitation, located at an altitude of about 90 m from the ground, less than the established approach scheme, the lowest descent height of 448 m from sea level or 144 m from ground level. The crew launched the windshield wipers. Both pilots lost visual contact with the strip in the sediments, at an altitude of 68 m from the ground, in 13: 56: 32, the commander decided to leave for the second round. The co-pilot removed the flaps to 8 °, the operation mode of the engines was increased to 89-90%. The chassis has not been removed. The plane began to climb. At an altitude of 121 m from the ground, the aircraft got into the micro-burst local (a short-term downward powerful flow of air that appears during a thunderstorm). In 13: 56: 48, the siren signaled a wind shear. The angle of the aircraft's pitch for a very short time has changed from + 4-5 degrees to -7 degrees. The plane began to decline, it was not possible to get out of the decline due to a small reserve of altitude and a time deficit. The collision with the ground took place in 13: 56: 52 on the traverse of the end of the 24 strip, transferred to 1400 m in 170 m to the left of the axis of the strip with 10 degrees relative to the horizon, at a speed of 333 km / h with the course of 220 °. The aircraft in the course of movement on the ground collapsed completely and stopped at a distance of 390 m in an inverted position from the site of the first impact and from the axis of the strip at 235 m.
