Chronology of events:
The crew instead of the left turn after take-off executed the right turn in the direction of the mountains and performed a flight with a set on the left edge of the route of altitude. Dispatcher KDP after 6 minutes in the radio exchange with the crew, knowing about the violation, did not give directions to go on the track. The crew, continuing the flight, dodged to the left of the road, did not gain a safe altitude and after 14 minutes from take-off crashed into the mountain at an altitude of 3150 m (elevation above the aerodrome level 1884 m) in 8700 m to the left of the track axis at a distance of 39 km from the airport, azimuth 70 degrees. The plane after collision with a stony, flat, flat (22 degree) slope, collapsing, moved up it 50 m and burned partially.
