Chronology of events:
The crew at the request of the KDP about the NGO after take-off responded - 200 m. After 4-5 min. The commander established a connection with the RDS and called repeatedly the KDP, but obviously did not hear the answers. The crew about after 8 minutes from take-off reported "I'm going in the rain, visually, poor visibility, height 150 m" and asked if there is a counter. RP responded: "At 1500 m L-1814." Dispatcher SKP, duplicating the answer, said: "At 150 m." The RP intervened and gave the order to the UPC not to be confused. Then attempts to establish a connection were in vain. The plane was found destroyed in the forest on a hill marked 433 m (the level of the Lviv airfield is 323 m) at 7,5 km south of the track line.
