Chronology of events:

As a result of research at the State Research Institute ERAT, the GA found that flaps on the train were released in 30 degrees. The flap control switches of the right and left pilot were in a working condition. The control knob of the control flap of the left pilot was not at the time of destruction in the slots of the neutral position of the switch (it was not possible to determine whether it was in the cleaning position or the release of flaps by the time of destruction). In the junction box, all the flap control relays and the MPZ-18 flap drive electrical mechanism were operational. It was not possible to determine the performance of the flap protection network No. 1 and 2 before the impact due to their severe destruction. All damage to the structural elements of the aircraft took place as a result of exposure to single loads that exceed the calculated ones. The right and left distribution power boxes of the electrical control system for flaps and electrical wiring on the 18-35 frames were not found due to the spread of debris over a large area over water surfaces and marshy woodland.
