Chronology of events:

Crew in 15: 36 MSK conducted a takeoff for the execution of landing and control flight in a circle. After takeoff, the crew asked for the recruitment of the 7800 m train, which did not meet the purpose of the control flight according to the statement of PDO. The crew in 15: 48 reported on the occupation of the 6000 train and asked to allow the execution of the task in 5 minutes at a given height. At the height of 6000, a pair of coordinated left turns, having a roll from 25 degrees to 50 degrees and right turns with a roll 60 degrees with vertical overloads that do not exceed 2 units, were performed, almost without loss of height. Engine mode was equal on three engines (91 percentage). The instrument speed was 380-390 km / h. The aircraft in 15: 56: 56 was launched into a flight without a roll from the left turn with an overload of 1,5 units. thanks to the smooth taking of the steering wheel "by itself", reducing the speed to 360 km / h.

The aircraft in 15: 57: 10 abruptly deflected the rudder (8 degrees) and aileron (8,5 degrees) and was converted to right-handed rotation with an angular velocity of 12-12,5 degrees in seconds. After 8 seconds, the plane, after entering the right-hand rotation, was in an inverted flight and, if the helm was “taken over” (elevator at 3-5 degrees), the reduction started with increasing translational and vertical speeds. The operating mode of all three engines at a speed of 470 km / h was synchronously reduced to 73 percent. After the coup at 360 degrees (after 21 seconds. After entering into rotation), the rudder and aileron plane out of rotation. When removing from the decline of the aircraft (loss of height 1500 m with vertical speed up to 100 m / s) 3 seconds later, when reaching vertical overload 5,25 units and speed 620 km / h. destruction of the left wing console from off-design one-time load took place (in accordance with the Yak-40 RLE, the maximum operating load is 3,4 units, the maximum instrument speed is 500 km / h). The left wing wing hitting the front edge of the keel eventually resulted in its destruction along the 3-7 ribs, with subsequent separation of the keel along with the stabilizer, rudder and elevator from the aircraft. The plane lost controllability, entered into a disorderly fall and hit the ground in 19 km in the floodplain of the Ob River with azimuth 20 degrees from KTA. During the indiscriminate crash of the aircraft, the middle and root sections of the flaps separated and the covering of the right wing plane was partially broken. The wreckage was scattered 2,5 km. The aircraft was found from the air 18.05.in 06: 00 MSK.
