Chronology of events:

The dispatcher KDP in 11: 21, doubting the actual visibility of 500 m, demanded to make a control measurement, however, violating the technology of work, did not inform the dispatcher of the PDP (SNA).

Due to the entrance to the glide path, the flight was performed at an increased instrument speed of 240-250 km / h (for the given conditions, this is 20-30 km / h higher than the recommended RLE), with a right deviation and a glide path, breaking the RLE at a speed of 250 km / h and a height of 40-50 m (instead of the speed of 220 km / h and the exhaust 10-15 m). The lack of data on the actual direction and force of the wind in the crew and the commander's errors in piloting during alignment caused a significant increase in the air landing distance and landing of the aircraft at a distance of approximately 1500 m from the end of the strip at an speed of 208 km / h, which is higher than the recommended 12-24 km / h. The beginning of the white visible trace from the hydroglysing of the wheels on the strip cover was at a distance of 910 m from the exit end of the strip and at 9,8 m to the right of the strip axis. When the plane was moving along the strip, there were insignificant (at 1-2 degrees) deviations from the direction of rectilinear motion. When the run was made on the 780 m strip and at a distance from the output end of the 220 m strip, due to the crew's loss of rain and limited visibility of their own position on the lane and the threat of the aircraft rolling out, an attempt was made to take off, which rightfully might be considered reckless. The crew after leaving the airplane strip at a distance of 450 m from the output end stopped the take-off due to the presence of obstacles on the course and the lack of speed increase when driving on the loose ground of the aircraft. The plane rolled out beyond the border of the strip at 1075 m, beyond the border of the airfield at 95 m. He hit the booth with the right plane. Part of the plane fought off. Then the plane knocked down two trees, drove through the highway, rolled out onto the field from the opposite side, deviating from the axis of the strip to the left on 30 m, turned over over the left plane (thus it separated), burnt and collapsed. Killed at the site of the crash 5 passengers. two flight attendants and 1 passenger died in the hospital. Other crew members and passengers were injured of varying degrees of severity.
