Airlines of the World and Russian ...

Is there a support service for children in flight?
Thank you

Employees of the airline sent my luggage to another country. After I began to row left the company representative who promised to reimburse me the money for the essentials that I need, but some of my things to me no one bothered to return. The ugly attitude to customers.

In one case I broke the wheel, while the other tore transplant, it's worthless for the service? More fly with you, I will not!

The flight took place with maximum comfort, nor any flight delays, I did not see all the work goes smoothly and harmoniously.

Departing to Moscow flight was delayed for most of the day, though I fly for their lives enough time I can not even call it a delay. And landing and takeoff went extremely smoothly, we even managed to get into a zone of turbulence only once in all the way. Struck! A very big thank you to those skilled in the airline.

Very pleased! Friendly and cheerful staff! Takeoff and landing soft on schedule.
