The airline "Air Onix" was established in the year 2007, 2012 and the company made its initial flight on a commercial air route Simferopol-Kyiv. Initially, the company existed as traditional according to passenger service and relatively flexible pricing and tariff policy.

In December 2013 air travel, the airline suspended due to unfavorable financial difficulties, and according to the company, since December 2013, the "Air Onix" not to fly until the spring of 2014 years. According to data from February 2015, the company did not resume flights.
