Airline "Irtysh-Avia" was founded in the year to perform 2007 charter and scheduled passenger traffic on international and domestic flights. Thus, it was planned to establish transport air traffic in Northern Kazakhstan. Location-based - Pavlodar Airport.

In the early 2000-ies based in Pavlodar various airlines with well-developed route network and a fully stocked staff.

In 1999 year was reorganized airline "AueZholy Kazakhstan", whereby there are two joint-stock companies, OA "Airport Pavlodar" and JSC "Irtysh-Avia Airlines." In November of the same year to the airline joined the company "Ulba". In 2002, the right to "Irtysh-Avia" passed into the possession of LLP "Paid". In the summer of this privatization declared illegal and returned the ownership back to the state.

The company carries out transportation to Astana, Omsk, Novosibirsk and Ust-Kamenogorsk. In the future, it planned to wider development.

Air fleet consists of several aircraft: two aircraft CRJ-100 and one Yak-42.

Currently, the airline does not perform any operations, since 2013 the local authorities imposed a ban on any flight activity.
