The most miserable airline! I never flew with so many problems from one airline. The problems began already from the moment of delivery of luggage. I carried a small bicycle (vmh), it was dismantled and packed in a special velosum bag, the bag was no more than an ordinary bag, and weighed only 12,5 kg, but for some reason they told me to pay 40 euros for the transportation of a bicycle, here I'm ofigel, I started argue, etc., because I once 10 already flied everywhere with his great. as soon as I started to find out what and why I had to pay, I was sent to a representative of the company at the airport, they said that he would tell and explain everything. I approach the representative, and there sits an old bespectacled German, with a funny hairdo and he spoke ONLY in German. Tried with him in both Russian and English, but he did not boom. Fuck with him, paid. Next turn on passport control, then the plane without food and water (water or tea 3 $), absolutely incomprehensible to you the stewardesses of Arabs and the stubborn old plane. In short, I do not advise sooo ..

I did not like that I was not able to book tickets online, to acquire necessarily need to appear in person at the airport, but it's flowers. Queues are huge and ultimately returning from holiday, you think why all this is necessary, it would be better not to go at all anywhere. I certainly understand that this does not happen every ps, but the impression left on the trip completely ruined.

The plane is very clean and comfortable! Especially it became noticeable after the last flight, when the carrier acted as other airline. That's where I certainly namuchalsya and beauty here! All polite and courteous. Great service, be sure to fly with you again!

This company has a very large number of kind and good people who are sensitive to all the requests of passengers. Due to the fact that the girl serving the flight was able to provide timely assistance to my mother, she had time to take to the hospital. God bless you! More to such an open and friendly people like you!

Especially during the flight watched as flight attendants respond to repeated requests from passengers and surprisingly did not notice any sign of displeasure over all the way!

The family flew to Istanbul from Antalya. Departure was on time, the cabin is clean, the staff is polite. When the flight had a little bit of a nervous, we flew quite strange. I decided that the pilot was not in the mood. On the plane there were also families with children besides ours, so it did not work. On board, meals are not provided, so the child had to take food with him. With the baggage of problems did not happen. Tickets we bought online two weeks before departure. The cost of the flight is not high. In general, I can say that the airline SunExpress is still not bad. You can safely take tickets. Pleasant flight!
