Accidents and incidents

• At the end of May 2008, due to engine problems, a Yak-42 aircraft could not take off from Vnukovo.

• In January 2011, a Tulpar Air aircraft made an emergency landing in Norilsk due to an engine failure alarm. None of the 111 passengers were injured.

• The Abakan-Norilsk flight in May 2011 ended with a safe landing in severe weather conditions below the permissible minimum. In the same month, a Yak-42 aircraft belonging to the company made an emergency landing at the Sochi airport as a result of the failure of the first engine.

• In early summer 2011, after landing at Vnukovo airport, all the tires of the left landing gear of the Yak-42 were out of order. There were no casualties.

• On the morning of February 26, 2013 in Kazan, an An cargo plane belonging to the Volga-Dnepr company after landing damaged a Yak-42 aircraft that was in storage at the airport. 

The planes were damaged, but the crew was injured.

As it turned out it's a great airline with a highly qualified staff serving. Personally, I am before the start flight doubt whether it is worth to buy tickets, though it turned out everything is not so bad. This is not the first time I have used the services of Tulpar Air. The staff is smiling and talkative. While loading into the plane, the pilot informed us in two languages. In flight, the pilot gave us a short excursion. During the flight, blankets, newspapers, food and various drinks, both hot and cold, were offered. The flight went off with a bang. We landed without any shocks. Tulpar Air was very pleased. Thanks to the entire Tulpar Air crew.

We flew with friends with Tulpar Air, flew from Abakan to Norilsk. Everyone was satisfied. Good attitude towards passengers. Registration was quick. Takeoff and landing were prompt. The food is good. Another plus, these are inexpensive tickets, we will continue to use Tulpar Air.
